హైదరాబాద్: ఈరోజు అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రవేశపెట్టిన తెలంగాణ బడ్జెట్ 2026–27లో రాష్ట్రంలో అత్యధిక జనాభా ఉన్న బీసీ సమాజానికి (Backward Classes) తగిన ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వలేదని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం (National BC Welfare Association) జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు, బీసీ జేఏసీ (BC JAC) కో-ఆర్డినేటర్ గుజ్జ సత్యం (Gujja Sathyam) తీవ్రంగా విమర్శించారు. హైదరాబాద్లో నిర్వహించిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, భారీ అంకెలతో ప్రకటించిన Telangana Budget 2026-27లో BC Welfare, BC Development, BC Empowerment వంటి అంశాలు కనిపించలేదని అన్నారు.
రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన ₹3.20 లక్షల కోట్లకు పైగా ఉన్న తెలంగాణ బడ్జెట్లో రాష్ట్ర జనాభాలో సగానికి పైగా ఉన్న బీసీ సమాజానికి (BC Community) సరైన వాటా ఇవ్వలేదని గుజ్జ సత్యం పేర్కొన్నారు. బీసీలకు సంబంధించిన BC Welfare Schemes, Self Employment Programs, Skill Development Programs, BC Education Support వంటి కీలక రంగాల్లో స్పష్టమైన కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక బడ్జెట్లో కనిపించలేదని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
తగిన నిధులు లేక బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్లు బలహీనంగా
రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న BC Finance Corporation, BC Welfare Corporations, Occupational BC Corporations వంటి సంస్థలకు సరిపడ నిధులు కేటాయించకపోవడం వల్ల BC Self Employment Loans, Subsidy Loans, BC Entrepreneurship Schemes సమర్థంగా అమలు కావడం లేదని గుజ్జ సత్యం విమర్శించారు. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం వేలాది మంది బీసీ యువత BC Loan Schemes కోసం దరఖాస్తులు చేసుకుంటున్నప్పటికీ, నిధుల కొరత కారణంగా చాలా మందికి రుణాలు మంజూరు కావడం లేదని తెలిపారు.
బీసీ సంక్షేమానికి కనీసం ₹30 వేల కోట్లు అవసరం
రాష్ట్రంలో BC Social Justice, BC Economic Development, BC Empowerment సాధించాలంటే Telangana Budget 2026-27లో కనీసం ₹30,000 కోట్లు ప్రత్యేకంగా కేటాయించాలని గుజ్జ సత్యం డిమాండ్ చేశారు. BC Corporations Strengthening, BC Youth Self Employment, Startup Support for BC Youth, Small Business Loans వంటి పథకాలకు ప్రత్యేక నిధులు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆయన సూచించారు.
విద్య, ఉపాధి రంగాల్లో ప్రత్యేక ప్రణాళిక అవసరం
బీసీ విద్యార్థుల అభివృద్ధికి BC Education Fund, BC Scholarships, Overseas Education for BC Students, Skill Development Training వంటి పథకాలకు ప్రత్యేక బడ్జెట్ కేటాయించాలని గుజ్జ సత్యం కోరారు. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉన్న బీసీ యువతకు Employment Opportunities, Entrepreneurship Support కల్పించే విధంగా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టాలని తెలిపారు.
బీసీలకు న్యాయం జరిగే వరకు ఉద్యమం
“రాష్ట్ర జనాభాలో అతిపెద్ద వర్గమైన **బీసీలకు బడ్జెట్లో న్యాయమైన వాటా లేకపోతే Social Justice సాధ్యం కాదు. Telangana Budget 2026-27లో BC Welfareకు సరైన ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలి” అని గుజ్జ సత్యం ప్రభుత్వాన్ని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. బీసీలకు న్యాయం జరిగే వరకు BC Movement, BC Rights Campaign, Social Justice Movement రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా కొనసాగుతుందని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు.

Gujja Sathyam Slams Telangana Budget 2026–27, Demands ₹30,000 Crore for BC Welfare
Hyderabad: Gujja Sathyam, National Vice President of the National BC Welfare Association and BC JAC Coordinator, strongly criticized the Telangana Budget 2026-27, calling it a major setback for BC Welfare Telangana. Speaking at a press conference, Gujja Sathyam said the Telangana Budget News reflects a lack of commitment toward Backward Classes Telangana, who form the majority of the state’s population.
He pointed out that despite the ₹3.20 lakh crore allocation in the Telangana Assembly Budget 2026, there was no fair BC Budget Allocation Telangana. According to Gujja Sathyam, the government failed to outline clear plans for BC Welfare Schemes Telangana, BC Development Programs, and BC Empowerment Telangana, raising serious concerns over inclusive growth.
He further criticized the weak funding for institutions like the BC Finance Corporation Telangana, stating that due to insufficient support, key initiatives such as BC Loans and Subsidy Schemes are not reaching eligible beneficiaries. Thousands of youth from Backward Classes Telangana apply every year, but many are denied opportunities due to budget constraints.
Highlighting the need for immediate action, Gujja Sathyam demanded a minimum allocation of ₹30,000 crore to ensure Social Justice Telangana Budget goals are met. He emphasized that without strengthening BC Welfare Telangana, true empowerment is not possible.
He also stressed the importance of BC Education Support Telangana, including scholarships, overseas education, and skill training programs. He noted that these initiatives are crucial to improving employment opportunities and driving BC Development Programs, especially in rural areas.
Calling for accountability, Gujja Sathyam warned that the BC Protest Telangana movement will intensify if the government fails to address these concerns. He reiterated that ensuring proper BC Budget Allocation Telangana is essential for achieving equality and sustainable development.
